Fundraising for Louisiana Libraries
Just in time for the American Library Association's Annual Convention (June 22-28) in New Orleans this year, Thomas Mann delivered 250 pins to the Friends of the New Orleans Public Library to sell as a fundraiser. All 250 sold and orders were placed for more. With ALL public libraries in New Orleans damaged by Hurricane Katrina, the success of this fundraiser is particularly important. We are happy that the pins were liked so much and hope people continue to support the effort.
